These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity, and Li Digital Pro, concerning your access to and use of our AI automation services and website. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using our services and must discontinue use immediately.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our AI Voice Agents and Lead Gen tools complies with all local regulations in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to GDPR, CCPA, and telecommunications laws.

• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the AI models or automation logic provided by Li Digital Pro.
• You are prohibited from using our AI services to engage in deceptive marketing practices, spamming, or the creation of unauthorized deep-fake audio content.
• You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute our standalone AI systems to third parties without a specific enterprise partnership agreement in place.

3. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided on an 'AS-IS' and 'AS-AVAILABLE' basis. Li Digital Pro makes no warranties regarding the specific conversion rates or revenue increases resulting from the use of our AI systems. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Li Digital Pro shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from the performance or non-performance of our AI agents and automation workflows.

4. Governing Law, Modifications, and Contact

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the United Kingdom. Li Digital Pro and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of the United Kingdom shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms and our global service delivery across the USA, Australia, UAE, and East Africa.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time to reflect changes in AI regulations or our service offerings. Users are encouraged to review these terms periodically. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
